Mr H(11:42:40) :
Separate your revision into upper/middle and lower course features. Also look at flooding and uses of rivers carefully. Chunk revision into shorter sections

Paul and Matt,
The 4 types are corrosion (material dissolves in water), corrasion (particles bang against the river cliff), hydraulic action (force of the water) and attrition (2 stones bang together and split up etc).

Are you sure you mean u as this section is about rivers. A U shapped valley is wat happens in glaciated areas and it is V shapped vallies you in find in areas with rivers. http://www.s-cool.co.uk have a look at this site because it really helpfull for recaping information that you know. V-shapped vallies form by the pressure of the river verticaly (downwards) eroding the edge of the valley which causes the valley to have steep sides. Hope this helps x

Mercedes(19:32:24) :
a delta is where a river meets the sea or a lake and the flow of water slows down, then the materials like rock and dirt are deposited out to sea. This leads to the river bed being built up out into the sea.I think.
